  • Yes. Our talented professionals paints every painting starting with a blank canvas and by working their magic, created the beautiful paintings you see on our website. As our painting are 100% hand-painted, please understand that occasionally there might be slight difference of 5%. Our master artists take pride in their work and provide artworks that are so perfect that difference are imperceivable unless you are an expert art conossieur.

  • Typically it would take 1-2 week for the items to reach you. Painting that are in stock will take around 1 week before it’ll reach you. Paintings not in stock, please give it around 2 weeks for the painter to prepare the painting and ship it over. Our friendly customer service staff would be in constant contact with you, updating on the order status. Once the painting is shipped, a tracking code would be provided so that you would be able to follow your painting's journey to your doorstep.

  • Your painting will be delivered most likely by DHL Express. Once we have dispatched your order, we will provide you with a special tracking number and you can then track it online via the courier’s website.

  • In order to preserve the painting in perfect condition during shipping and handling, our paintings are packaged rolled up with strong durable materials and waterproofed.

  • We have learnt over the years that it would be cheaper for customers to frame their paintings in their respective locations. Although we have suppliers for frames, the shipping costs due to the weight of the frames does not make it a viable option for both customers and PinkishBlue. We are focused instead in our efforts to bring high-quality, gallery-worthy paintings to your wall.

  • After receiving your painting you would most probably look to frame it. You can take the route of getting a framer to do it for you or if you are a hands-on person, you can do it easily yourself. DIY-ers can check out this Wikihow on "How to stretch your canvas"

  • If the painting is damaged by Shipping, please send us pictures of the damage within 2 days upon receiving the painting. We will repaint and do the necessary reworks for you. If we do not receive any report within 2 days, we will consider the shipment was received in good condition.
