Homemade Brownies
I love baking and often use Allrecipes.com to find recipes for desserts. I like to make desserts from scratch and usually try the recipes with ingredients and cookware that are commonly found in most kitchens.
Here’s one for brownies. It took me a little longer than an hour total from starting to serving. It takes around 25 minutes to prep, 25 minutes to cook, and another 20 minutes to wait for it to cool and cut into squares. The only ingredient I had to purchase was the semisweet chocolate chips. I bought a 12oz pack of Guittards semisweet chocolate chips from Safeway for a grand total of $1.94! Depending on how the brownies are cut, this recipe can generously serve 4 or economically serve 16.
