Yosemite Valley 2010
Jul 10th
Spent July 4th at Yosemite for 2010. We had a cabin in Yosemite West, and did a number of hikes around Yosemite Valley. We did a number of hikes including Yosemite Falls on Day 1. Mirror Lake, Vernal Falls, and Nevada Falls on Day 2. And finally Glacier Point on Day 3. Entrance fee to the park was $20 a car (but lasts a full 7 days). Follow is a short description and our experience of each major attraction.

Disney World 2010
Jun 27th
In June of 2010, we spend around approximately one week at the Disney World resort in Orlando Florida. Over the next few logs, I plan to overview my Disney World experience. A downside of the shuttle is the bus schedule may limit the amount of time you can stay at the park, as the last shuttle out of the park does More >
Morocco’s Restaurant in San Jose
Apr 7th
This weekend, Grace and I had the chance to try Morocco’s Restaurant in San Jose with our friend Jared. Given it was a wet Easter Sunday, there were only a 3 or 4 other groups in the restaurant. Since the streets were near empty, street parking was easy to find. There is also a huge parking garage across the street. Inside the restaurant, there was soft chatter of other diners over a live musician playing (what I believed to be Moroccan music) with a recorded track. The restaurant’s decor was well thought out. Everything from the fully decorated walls to the tent-like More >
